This straight seam pattern is exciting enough for advanced quilters, yet the cutting and construction techniques are simple enough for a confident beginner.  This pattern comes with sampler instructions as well as a layout grid for baby, lap and comfort sized quilts.  This pattern also includes detailed instructions on using the block as a border, including a border layout grid. 

This quilt pattern can be made in scrappy, floating or charm, and is designed to be used for small quilts or as a border around a pieced or appliquéd center.

This 6" block produces 12" pinwheels which nest.

The applique pattern is not included.
